I had my first encounter with the casting of metals in the late eighties of the last century. I remember the moment very vividly, since I was completely overwhelmed and fascinated by these enormous processes. A fascination I still cherish. Through the last 35 years, I developed myself not only into an expert in the field of brass and bronze casting, but also into disciplines as quality, environment, health and safety, risk assessments, process and incident analyses, human resources, management systems and the auditing thereof.

During my time as a team leader and later as a production manager, I refined my skills in translating these concepts into concrete improvements and efficiencies for the organization.

Through the last 35 years, I developed myself not only into an expert in the field of brass and bronze casting, but also into disciplines as quality, environment, health and safety, risk assessments, process and incident analyses, human resources, management systems and the auditing thereof.

With an approach that, on one hand, is based on a broad experience, common sense and logic and on the other hand on creativity and the human factor, I enter the various projects with excitement and the sole purpose to get the best possible results.
